Welcome to Washington High School's DECA Chapter

What is DECA?
We are an international association of high school and college students studying marketing, management and entrepreneurship in business, finance, hospitality and marketing sales and service. DECA programs are co-curricular, meaning programs are based on nationally recognized standards in one or more of the curriculum areas.

What is DECA at Washington High School? 

Created in 2001, WHS has 101 members during the 2007-2008 school year.  This club is open to all students but is most beneficial to those students who are taking a business class such as marketing, accounting, business fundamentals, or cooperative education.  Students that are members will also have an opportunity to run the Ram Shack to practice their business skills.
