Hello all you RAMS and Future RAMS!!!

In order to participate in athletics at Washington High School you must meet the following requirements: 1)  Live in WHS attendance zone or have received a variance to attend Washington High School.  See the paragraph below on transferring into WHS. 2) You must pass a physical given by a medical doctor after March 1st, 2009.  We have physical forms available on campus or download the following form.   www.guhsdaz.org/UserFiles/Servers/Server_754536/File/Athletics/PhysicalForm.pdf 

3)  You must have proof of insurance.  We have insurance available if needed.  4)  You must have parent permission.  5)  You must watch an At Risk video. 

If you are a transferring student, you must complete an AIA form 520 (all transfers) and 530 (if you participated in any sports at your previous school) in order to become eligible for athletics.  If you are a hardship transfer, you must complete an AIA form 15.10 and have it to my office before August 11th.  If you are unsure of your transfer eligibility, feel free to call me anytime.
