Washington Action Club

We invite you to join us and become a RAM-bunctious parent
volunteer at Washington High School.

The Washington High Parent Action Club does service projects here on campus to help make the high school experience the best for our young people, and we have great fun while we do it! The funds we raise at our events go directly back to the student body; for example, in the form of an end-of-the-year campus gift, senior graduation night party, student scholarships or teachers' requests. We're often referred to as "the punch and cookie people," but we do so much more!

You will find us at every football game busy with raffle tickets, offering football programs, selling Purple Pride Product and working in the concession stand. We'd appreciate your help cooking up barbecue at the Annual Tailgate Party or assisting with hosting banquets for Open House, Teachers' Breakfast, Awards Night, and Future Freshmen Night, as well as sports dinners as each of their seasons come to an end.

In addition, we'd like to encourage you to encourage your student to participate in the many opportunities offered here at Washington High School. It can become an eye opening experience for both YOU and YOUR STUDENT; so much so, that when the four years are over, YOU'LL miss being here! This school brings out the best in these young people; whether it's as a defensive lineman or creating sets in drama or dancing their hearts out at half-time. There's something for everyone!

And be assured that the administrators here can be trusted and counted on. They have brought their own good parenting skills from home and are applying them here on campus. With Mrs. Lippert at the helm, you'll have peace of mind all four years. She's really a marvel and her fellow administrators as well.

We would like to chat with you more or answer any questions you have regarding membership and activities. We meet the first Monday of every month on campus in the teachers' cafeteria at 7:00 p.m. Please reach us at 602.433.2670 Jennifer Smith, President
