Washington FBLA attends NFLC

There were 40 members, along with advisers David Touhill and Rebecca McGinnis, of the Washington Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapters who recently attended the FBLA National Fall Leadership Conference (NFLC) held at the Phoenix Convention Center on November 7, 2025. The event brought together thousands of student leaders from across the country to develop leadership skills, explore career opportunities, and connect with like-minded peers who share a passion for business and entrepreneurship.
During the conference, students participated in workshops on topics such as leadership development, networking, financial literacy, business innovation, and professional communication. They also heard from dynamic keynote speakers, engaged in competitive event preparation sessions, and had opportunities to meet with business professionals and FBLA alumni.
“Our students represented Washington with enthusiasm and professionalism,” said Rebecca McGinnis, FBLA Adviser. “The National Fall Leadership Conference offers a powerful experience that motivates our students to set ambitious goals, take on leadership roles, and apply their learning to real-world challenges. The group returned inspired to continue building our chapter’s success and preparing for the regional, state, and national leadership conferences later this school year.
