We’re excited to see Washington High School’s own Wendy Ramos featured in this story about the Fiesta Sports Foundation’s Wishes for Teachers grant!

After nearly 30 years of teaching PE at Washington, Wendy has been a three-time grant recipient, using the funding to bring fitness equipment and heart rate monitors to her classroom. Those resources have made an impact on the more than 200 freshman girls she teaches each year.

We’re so proud to see Wendy recognized for the incredible work she continues to do for our students and for the Washington community!
