Course Goals:
We are together in this class for two hours a day, and we are going to increase our English vocabulary and improve our reading skills! You might be surprised at how fun and rewarding it will be. During our time you will be rotating through three different centers (sometimes called zones) daily- a center where you will work with the teacher and a small group of your friends, a computer center, and an independent reading center.
This year we will study non-fiction articles, short stories, and novels. By the end of the year, you are going to feel so good about your English reading skills! You will be proud of how much you have learned and how much you have read!!
