Wednesday: Join us at 6 p.m. to support our freshman football team as they take on Apache Junction in Ram Stadium!

Thursday: Our student body will raise the roof during our Fall Spirit Assembly.

Friday: Homecoming Game Day starts with a pep rally in the quad at 7:30 a.m.!  Our Human-Powered Float Homecoming Parade begins at 2 p.m. on the inner campus, with Phoenix Police Department Chief Joe Yahner, a WHS graduate, leading the parade as grand marshal.  And we’re excited to watch our varsity football team in action against Apache Junction High School at 7 p.m. in Ram Stadium.

Saturday: The annual Homecoming Dance takes place in the WHS practice gym from 7-10 p.m.  Tickets are on sale all week for $7 per person.

Washington HS did the Be Kind Dance Challenge at our fall assembly!  The Be Kind Dance is a way to spread kindness across social media and make kindness go viral!  From our guesses, about 200+ kids took part and as far as we know this is the largest gathering of people recorded to do the Be Kind Challenge!!  Members of the Be Kind People Project we in attendance dancing with our kids!   It was spectacular and an amazing way to spread kindness across social media.
